INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
Bulinsky & Vavra Law Firm, s.r.o. cooperates with attorneys affiliated with EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL (an international network of medium-sized law firms connecting attorneys from over forty countries worldwide, of which the law firm was a member for several years, see www.eurojuris.net), ensuring the provision of legal assistance abroad with guaranteed pricing and quality under EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL rules.
The law firm is a member of the German Bar Association under the name VERBAND DEUTSCHER ANWÄLTE e.V. (www.Verband-Deutscher-Anwaelte.de), where Mgr. Vavra serves as an Executive member within VDA International.
In addition to cooperation with attorneys associated with the above-mentioned international organizations, the firm's partners handle client matters abroad with local attorneys, with whom they collaborate based on long-standing professional and personal relationships.
VIENNA BRANCH
Since March 2013, the law firm has had a branch office in Vienna, managed by Mgr. Vavra. In this branch, Mgr. Vavra provides legal services once every 14 days or more frequently as needed to Czech entities requiring legal assistance in Austria (here he closely collaborates with AK coop-recht and pallas), or to Austrian clients seeking legal assistance in the Czech Republic. However, the main headquarters and focus of Mgr. Vavra's activities remain in Brno.
The branch offers legal assistance to Czech entities in Austria, including debt collection (submission of applications for European Payment Order, execution proposals, claims in insolvency proceedings), establishment of business entities and organizational units of Czech corporations in Austria, representation of parties in civil proceedings, representation of victims in criminal proceedings, defense in criminal proceedings before Austrian courts, preparation or review of real estate purchase agreements and other contracts under Austrian law, and special issues related to employee postings, etc.
